A little about me and the commitment and dedication I bring to the Jim Fulgenzi Sales Force.
2022 began my 9th year as a Realtor at Re/Max professionals and 2021 ended with nearly 12 million in homes sales under my belt. However, my experience in marketing & real estate goes back much further. My background in marketing and design began when I opened an event design business in 1997. My company handled events such as the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum dedication, governor inaugural balls, presidential campaign kick offs and some of the biggest events in the Springfield area. In addition my company provided interior design services in the Springfield area.
You might be wondering how that experience translates into successful home sales a the skill set needed to be a real estate agent and it's a great question. Home buying is a very visual, creative and emotional experience. It is also an environment where problem solving is at the very top of the list of skills required to manage the challenges along the way. It's your broker's understanding of those things that can mean the difference between your home selling as quickly as possible and for top dollar and sitting on the market for months only to finally sell for thousands under value. In addition, this added experience has helped propel me to the top of the Re/Max Professionals team member sales standings in one of the top two positions every year since the year I began.
I strive to take the knowledge I've gained in both marketing and design and apply it to the real estate world. I would like to think that each house is unique in how it should be listed and marketed and I love trying new and innovative ideas to get that done. I am currently in the process of creating new technology that will change the way people attend open houses and I'm VERY excited to be able to soon offer that to my clients.
None of this can guarantee to sell your home the moment it becomes available to buyers but my full time (plus) hours and commitment, design experience, marketing expertise and willingness to try new and innovative ideas does give us the very best chance!
